Its sad but people will remember the TEAM not the quarterback. If Brady dosent start breaking records left and right he will not be remembered. Brady is the smartest QB in the game right now, not the best. That title is Peytons.
How about nine playoff victories to start his career in a row without a loss? History is also about memories... who can forget Madden saying that the Pats shoudl take the knee and go into overtime against the Rams...

NO i am a philly eagles fan

and i want the eagles to win at least one super bowl!

its been over 50 years they have never won one yet

its there time for just one win

if they lose all the other years i dont care

i wanted the red sox to win after 60 years of no winning the world series

the eagles have never won a super bowl so far

so if they win once before i die i'll be happy all i ask is once!

its time for the teams who never won one to win one

and thats it

i pray that brady gets his legs broke or his neck then we will see how great the pats are for real

and i dont see them doing well without him ahaha!

SEAHAWKS FOR THE WIN!!!

I'm originally from Seattle, and I've seen too many years of pathetic sports teams. Sonics can't do crap, Mariners won 116 in 2001 then turned to crap, and now the Seahawks look fairly decent this year.
Maybe they can pull through... they needs 'da suberbowl!

And yes, I may be biased, but I think they have the best logo and colors of any NFL team, hands down.

As a former football sportswriter (I wrote for profootballdraft.com before it went under earlier this year) and Seattle native, I can tell ya that Seattle has a shot... but IMO, that's all. I think with the offseason moves and the significantly lower expectations on the team this year, they will play better; I see them going 10-6, with a bad end to the year due to a tough schedule at the back end. They even *should* get their first playoff win in 21 years. However, once they hit the Eagles/Vikings/Falcons in the playoffs, it'll be lights out for them. They'll be outcoached (Homgren is a great coach, don't get me wrong, but he's past his prime IMO) and out-talented after the first round of the playoffs, with who should/would be left at that point, especially since they probably won't be at home and their road record has been abominable over the last few years.

My pick for the Superbowl you ask? The Baltimore Ravens over the Atlanta Falcons (the Falcons get there by their running backs and defense, not by Vick's arm)

Very interesting end game there Yen. Actually, the more I think about it, the more I think the Jets have as good a shot as anyone of making it to the superbowl... if the defense can stop a team like Indy... which they can't... ah well... maybe next year.

But seriously...

Q- What separates Tom Brady from McNabb, Delhomme and Kurt Warner?

A- Adam Vinatieri

Also, I like college football alot, and there is this kid named Omar Jacobs playing OB for Bowling Green that is lights out. I say this after seeing only two games. He might be in the draft next year. He'd look good in a Jets uniform... especially since Pennington like to wear hospital robes so damn much.

Vinatieri doesn't get the chance to kick the game winner against the Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI without that amazing drive led by... TOM BRADY when everybody watching thought the Pats were going to take a knee and run out the clock. Vinatieri is the best clutch kicker EVER, but Brady puts him in spots to win games.

TO is going to kill that team at some point in the year. He's going to put up monster stats (because he still wants a bigger contract) but you watch... at some key point, at some big moment, he's going to "mail it in". He's going to drop a pass, or under run a route... something to kill the team in a big moment. There's not a bigger "me first" prima donna in the NFL right now than TO. For that reason alone I'd say that the Eagles have no shot at the Super Bowl.

Then you add to that the fact that their defense is going to be suspect at best, and a resurgent Carolina Panthers team... and they'll be lucky to even get back to the Conference Finals.

Then you add the possibility of Dallas getting its ship straight (granted that depends a LOT on Drew Bledsoe)... and they'll be lucky to even win their division. Sorry Eagles fans, but it's not going to happen this year.

Pats? You have got to be kidding me...I'm going on record and telling you the Vikings are going to win it. I'm not big on football or anything but my dad does Sports on the local news and as a result I have to keep up on it just to talk to him ever. In the AFC...I'm thinking Jets or Ravens...not really going to matter either way. AFC is to suck right now :P
